The film unknown is about a man who goes to a science convention with his wife in Germany, when they arrive at the hotel he realises he forgot one of the bags at the airport. He gets a taxi back to the airport, as they make there way the taxi crashes and they crash into a river which then he is in hospital for 4 days. Then afterwards he finds out by the doctor that they couldn't find any identification of him, then the doctor tries to convince him that he has lost his memory and might be going crazy. He goes back to the hotel to see his wife and she acts like she has never seen him in her life and there is a different guy with her pretending to be him so at this point he knows his identification has been taken. As he tries to solve the mystery he has to go all the way back to the start where he was in a car accident and he found the women driver and bribed her to tel him to truth which he slowly finds out that his identity has been stolen.
This will appeal to an audience because there interest is always gonna be stuck into the film because they want to know what happens after every scene because all of the scene are intense and important to be able to understand the film and whats going on fully so they must watch the thing.
The scene in the flat was intense and maximum action it was edited at a fast pace getting every angle of the fights and the gun shots.

This film has most of the typical stuff a thriller has, most thrillers have a mystery or a problem to solve but also some have stories. This type of thriller is called a physiological thriller which these are mainly fiction stories which knows the psychology of the character and their unstable emotions.
We can see in the trailer that there is intensity and there is a mystery or a problem that needs to be solved and the music matches the intensity of the scenes.

Camera Angles - They have all the camera angles like pan shot, steady cam, POV , reverse shot, long shot, medium shot, close shot, extreme close shot and in the crash scene we can see that he gets a close up just before the car hits the water it goes slow motion so you can see his reaction and facial expression just before the crash.
Editing They use fast editing to show the action and make the scenes fast and detailed. They also have eye line match, action match, and many more including dissolve and montage. In the car crash scene you can see that they make it slow motion as the fall into the water to be able to see the reaction on his face and the surroundings.
Sound- There is digetic sound most of the action and intense scenes of the film. In the car crash scene just before it you can hear the intense music building up just before they crash and violins start playing to show something action happening.
